Shipping and Returns
Where we ship
We ship within Canada only for now, to all provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates and timing
- Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 CAD per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD.
- Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days after leaving our facility.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. For food safety reasons, opened or perishable food items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@qsgoodiezforyou.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
